Rx Refill Requests

You can request refills of your prescriptions by one of the following methods:

New Medicine Refill Line!

1. Call (870) 932-1198 or toll free (888) 798-0700
2. Press 2 and then the # key
3. Be prepared to leave the following information: Caller’s Name, Callback number, Patient’s Name, Patient’s Date of Birth, Medications to be refilled, and the Pharmacy you would like to use.

Patient Portal Available anytime 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

1. Login to your account with your username and password
2. Follow the "Request a Refill" link
3. Your physician will review your request and inform you of any information you need to know to complete the transaction.

Requests submitted will be processed by our clinic staff as soon as possible. You will hear from us within one business day. This should not be used in the case of an emergency. If you are having an emergency, please call the clinic or emergency personnel (911) directly.
