Clopton Clinic accepts assignment on Medicare and Blue Cross, and will file your insurance claim for you, regardless of

your insurance company. In order to do this, you will be asked to present your insurance card each time you arrive for an

appointment in our clinic. Your card will be copied and returned to you. You will also be asked to sign a form authorizing

your insurance carrier to make payment directly to Clopton Clinic. You will be expected to pay your co-pay and any

deductible not met at the time service is rendered.

Patients are responsible for any balance not paid by insurance. If you cannot pay your balance, a reasonable monthly

payment plan may be established.

Clopton Clinic also accepts credit card payments.

Clopton Clinic is NOW ACCEPTING Care Credit as a form of payment. If you have questions or would like more information
